For some, approaching a residential stylist can be intimidating. If you have never worked with a designer you may have lots of questions... how much is this going to cost me? You can afford a designer, and in reality, the question should be how can you not afford a designer?

To eliminate more of the guess work and to ease your mind, Elizabeth & Grace offers a number of Design Packages so that you know costs up front and understand the great benefits you will receive in return.
COLOUR CONSULTATION
(1 room or space)
Choosing the right color can be challenging at best or completely overwhelming to the point of paralyzed indecision. We all work hard for our money and do not want it squandered on the wrong choice.

Let me assist you in making the right decision. With my knowledge of psychology of color, current trends, and a practical foundation in color design theory, I can assistant you in making the perfect color selection. I will work with you to design a custom color pallet that will suit your needs.

2 site visits (one hours each)

Initial visit is to see your space and to assess what you require.

A second visit where I will come with 2 attractive color palettes (including samples) to ensure that you are comfortable with your choice.
We will work collaboratively to ensure a successful combination of colors for your ceiling, woodwork (doors and trim), millwork (if applicable), and wall color(s). I will also provide you with color suggestions for furniture and accessories.
* Plus tax and price of desired samples
* If a 3rd visit is requested an addition hourly rate of $70/hr will be applied
DESIGN FROM AFAR
PERSONALIZED STYLE GUIDE
(1 room or space)
With my knowledge and your measurements and photos, we can achieve a harmonious design while geographically apart. In the age of Covid, having spent so much time at home, many of us are rethinking our spaces and are tackling projects that we have been putting off for awhile. This package provides you with the knowledge and expertise of a designer virtually.

e.g., new build, renovation, color scheme, furniture, accessories, goals and aspirations​

A Digital Mood Board emailed to you to ensure that we are capturing the desired feel that you would like for your space (includes one revision, if necessary).

Virtual (Zoom or FaceTime) meetings to present design ideas.

2D and 3D digital drawings of what your space could be developed into with modifications as required until we achieve your "wow".

Once drawings are approved, I will provide you with 3 coordinating and relevant Style Guides for you to procure items when it suits your budget and schedule.

YOUR HOME: DIGITAL 2D AND 3D RENDERINGS OF YOUR PROJECT
With advancements in design, the fact that any decision to change or renovate your space requires considerable thought, and given the vast variety of options, I can help to virtually show you what your idea would look like. This is for the "Do It Yourself" person who feels they have a solid idea of how they would like to redecorate or renovate their space, but are hesitant because they can't visualize what their ideas will look like in real-life.

Elizabeth & Grace Design will provide you with 2D and 3D rendered digital drawing of what your space could be. Whether it is new flooring, new cabinetry, adding an island, replacing windows, etc. Elizabeth & Grace Design will use the information that you provide (pictures and measurements) to plot out a realistic image of what your final design will look like, removing the guesswork from your improvement projects.

An initial phone consultation to discuss your space and your vision.

Email correspondence with photographs and measurements provided by you, and follow up correspondence from Elizabeth & Grace Design to ensure accurate conceptualization of your space.

A post-renovation (after) digital drawing of your space demonstrating your proposed changes.

Up to 3 modifications to post-renovation drawings.

PERSONAL SHOPPER
TO ACCESSORIZE YOUR ROOM
At Elizabeth & Grace Design, I recognize the importance of the "little touches." Accessorizing your room is the equivalent of great jewelry to a killer outfit or icing on a cake... who doesn't love icing? No matter how great a space is, if it is not accessorized appropriately, it can fall flat. At Elizabeth & Grace Design, the opportunity to accessorize your room can be where we express your personality, add interest to your space through great textures, and pull everything together with shapes and colors.

​An initial phone consultation to discuss your space and to make arrangements for a site visit.

A site visit where I will obtain photographs and measurements, then discuss colors, textures, shapes and budget.

I will obtain items for your space within your budget that will beautify your space (includes 6 hours of procurement time).

I will attend for a second site visit with your items and arrange them until you decide which combination appeals to you most.

A third site visit to determine which accessories you want to keep and I will collect those to be returned.

SEASONAL DECORATING
Holidays are a beautiful time of year, but they can be a lot of work. Let me assist you with your seasonal beautification of your space. If you have all of your decorations or if you are looking to add or create a new collection, if you want to be completely involved or if you want to come home to a seasonal wonderland, Elizabeth & Grace Design is here to assist. Specializing in both residential and commercial seasonal decorating.

HOME ORGANIZING
If your home is not working for you, it can feel very uncomfortable and overwhelming. It can be challenging to know where to start. Let me assist you with adding some organization and peace to your environment and everyday life. Let me put my skills to use to help settle chaos and that nagging, uncomfortable feeling. At Elizabeth & Grace Design, I will work to create a sustainable and practical system for you in your home.

ROOM DESIGN SCHEME
(1 room starting from scratch or larger projects)
This package is for everyone who wants to have a top to bottom, fully customized design of their space. This is the full-meal-deal. You can be involved as much or as little as you choose. At Elizabeth & Grace Design, I realize that designing every detail of a space is not everyone's cup of tea and this package provides attention to every detail.
